We currently ship within the United States. Orders are carefully packaged to ensure your jewelry arrives safely and beautifully. Please allow time for processing before shipment, especially during launches or limited releases.

Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page.


Shipping Timeline

Once your order ships, delivery times will vary based on your selected shipping method and location. Tracking information will be provided as soon as your order is on its way. During high-demand periods or special launches, processing times may be slightly extended. We appreciate your patience as we prepare each order with care.


Packaging & Care

Every Maison Liora piece is thoughtfully packaged to protect your jewelry and reflect the meaning behind it. Each order includes a complimentary polishing cloth to help preserve the beauty of your piece over time. We take great care in preparing every order, ensuring your jewelry arrives ready to be cherished or gifted.


Returns & Exchanges

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. If for any reason your piece isn’t quite right, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and returned in original packaging. Due to the personal nature of jewelry, customized or personalized pieces are final sales unless there is a manufacturing defect. Once your return is received and inspected, eligible refunds will be issued to the original form of payment.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please reach out to us within 5 business days . Include your order number and a photo, and we’ll make it right.
